Position: Dishwasher
Reports to: Executive Chef
Job Type: Full Time (32-40 hours)
Typical Shifts: 9:30a-4:00p, 4:00p-12:00a (midnight)
Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work weekends and nights, regularly.
Job Description: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
- Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Passion for quality, safety and sanitation
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6-10 hours at a time).
- Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves and cabinets above and below counter height
