Wiseguys Custom Home Theater is currently seeking hard working, detail and goal oriented individuals to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive wage and benefits package.
We are one of the top DISH contractors in the nation.
We are hiring for both W-2 and 1099 contractor positions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install new equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and replace cable and equipment as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance on existing systems.
- Identify and offer products and services that could benefit the customer while on site.
- Maintain work area and vehicles in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensure that proper documentation is completed for each job completion.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Work in variable weather conditions and environments when required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- High energy, being resourceful, and strong multi-tasking skills are a must.
- Basic computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge.
- An eye for opportunities to sell customers on new personalized technology.
- Strong customer advocacy skills: friendly, communicative with integrity.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time on ladders, lift over 70 lbs. at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all outdoor climates.
- Valid driver's license.
- Drug testing and background and driving record check required.

Prior experience in construction/skilled trades is preferred but not required.
Prior experience with satellite Dish/DirecTV installations and RG-6 cabling is preferred but not required.
Experienced 1099 contractors can start at $80 and can earn up to $95 for first and second receiver, $15 for each additional receiver. We provide pre-assembled dishes and pre-downloaded receivers; less time on site means more jobs each day and more $$$ in your pocket!

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
