Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dirty Dough Employee. As a Dirty Dough Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions using the Toast POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the establishment, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
