Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$133,145.00 - $226,347.00

Title: Director, Solution Success- EEI
- Manage, inspire, evolve, and develop technology team of 8, to maximize innovation, engagement, and productivity.
- Partner with EEI domain stakeholders and passionate change agents to identify, evaluate, prioritize, plan, deliver, and support development opportunities that address high value software engineering and analytics challenges requiring custom development.
- Partner with EEI software engineering lead to advance solution accelerators for continued differentiation of EEI services.
- Maximize business and market value of EEI investments.
- Seek and establish key partnerships across the organization to both scale value and seek opportunities for communities of practice.
- Assist in business development for external clients, lead aspects of business development internally to support existing or proposed services.
- Lead business valuation and calibration of team priority based on evolving needs of the organization.
- Understand and position team and solution value in alignment with rapidly accelerating capabilities of AI.
- Continually learn and evolve leadership and solution approaches to remain effective in a quickly evolving marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years working in geospatial technology (work in utility ecosystem highly valued).
- 5+ years working in product management or as business technologist lead responsible for leading collaboration between domain SMEs and technologists.
- 5+ years' experience with acquisition and use of commercial datasets.
- 5+ years' experience of meaningful involvement in license management / optimization.
- 5+ years' experience leading a team of technologists and domain SMEs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years showcasing ability to leverage data for both stakeholder collaboration, and team management.
- 5+ years strategically influencing direction of web solutions, cloud platforms, and low code solutions.
- 5+ years influencing direction of web mapping technologies and geospatial data management / analytics.
- 10+ years' experience with Esri ecosystem (capabilities, administrative, usage considerations)
- Proven collaboration, writing and presentation skills.

- Work from Portland, OR preferred, remote possible
