Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Technology Management, is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure program management, preferably in a technology consulting or similar industry.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of our Infrastructure Solutions strategy. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align strategies with infrastructure business goals.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with Sales Leads, Solutions Teams, Management Consulting, Engineering Teams, and the Operations team. Effective communication skills to facilitate discussions, build partnerships, and present information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, creating reports, and providing valuable insights and actions. Strong attention to detail and ensuring financial accuracy in opportunity representation.
- A solid understanding of infrastructure operations and the ability to align solutions with market competitiveness. Familiarity with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with integrated technology solutions, emerging technologies, and their application in a consulting environment. Awareness of tools and software commonly used in operations management.
- A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful customer outcomes.

The Security Solutions organization is seeking a Go To Market Director to fill a pivotal role in driving the success of WWT's Security Solutions organization. This role is crucial for enhancing and driving the evolution of our services and strategic growth. This role will collaborate closely with multiple teams that will include Sales, Peer Solutions Organizations, Management Consulting and Engineering Teams.
- Define the Security market-which sectors or industries services support
- Define customer personas
- Define how security solution services are delivered
- Define the branding/messaging/positioning/pricing of security solution services
- Leading security engagements including security go-to-market planning, scheduling and reviewing white paper publishing and team branding events
Strategy/Planning:
- Facilitate in strategic roadmap planning and decision-making
- Establish best practices for strategic solutioning to maintain market competitiveness
- Utilize metrics, analytics, and other reliable data sources to enhance solution approach and strategies
- Work cross functional with various teams and key stakeholders to achieve scalable solutions opportunity results
- Engage in strategic discussions with Sales and the SC&E organization to improve win rates and drive success
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement security strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Assist in the creation and execution of long-term security plans and policies
- Facilitate key security materials for leadership meetings and establishing key regional customer advisory boards
Pipeline Management:
- Build, track, monitor pipeline and project growth
Relationship Management:
- Partner closely with Sales Leads to align the Security Solutions Organization with priority capabilities, enhancing teaming and increasing visibility
- Partner with services internal teams to identify and capitalize on cross selling opportunities
- Serves as the primary contact point between security leadership and other departments fostering communication and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Teams, Management Consulting, and Engineering Teams to drive delivery excellence and successful customer outcomes.
Operational Excellence:
- Partner with Solutions Operations to improve the overall processes and tools to drive efficiencies and teaming
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that security practices comply with relevant laws and standards
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Security Solutions organization
- Ensure opportunities are correctly represented for improved financial accuracy.
