Acara Solutions is seeking a highly qualified candidate to work as a Director of RF Engineering in Fremont, CA with our partner.
Here is what you will get:
Pay Rate: $168,000 - $258,500/yr DOE
Here is what you will do:
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of semiconductor equipment.
- Develops and execute test plans that generate characterization data sufficient to understand and validate the performance of the design
- Provide RF expertise to validate requirements and support next generation semiconductor equipment
- Strong knowledge of RF system design concepts and RF delivery in the semiconductor industry
- Work with other teams and suppliers to continuously improve technology, performance, and productivity
- RF device modeling and circuit design
- Responsible for conducting RF test development and execution, device-level reliability failure mechanisms and testing
- Experience RF electrical characterization techniques and equipment
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics preferred) or MBA, with a minimum of 7 years of experience; 2 of which in a supervisor role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional data analysis, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Ability to deal with complicated internal or customer problems under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment
- Knowledge of working with CAD tools (in particular CREO) and SAP
- Experience with Etch equipment
