Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is searching for a Director, Regional Sales to join our team!
The Director, Regional Sales will be responsible for leading a team of SMB Account Executives and ensuring the achievement of Regional Sales targets for the company. This role is critical to the organization, focusing on new business development, revenue generation, and targeted growth. Specifically, the Director, Regional Sales will be expected to build, lead, and develop a team selling new business into local or regional contractors in the commercial construction industry.
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Sales.
Location
For this remote position, candidates must be based in our West region to support their team within the assigned territory. West region states include WA, OR, MT, ID, NV, WY, UT, AZ, CO or NM.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a quota-crushing, winning sales team with high standards that deliver results
- Actively support team and engage in deals
- Use metrics and data to hold team accountable to defined goals and drive strong outcomes to consistently deliver revenue targets
- Assist team members to strategize with a forward-thinking approach when faced with setbacks or obstacles
- Motivate, inspire, and coach team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly activity, and sales goals
- Train new hires on the sales process, ensure standards of success are clearly articulated
- Manage team members with day-to-day questions surrounding process, procedure, and product; Deep dive into weekly territory pipeline and forecasting with team
- Support and guide team on prospecting and optimizing results through sales stack (Salesforce.com, email, social media, Salesloft, etc.)
- Lead by example to maintain a culture of accountability, trust, adaptability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
- Represent DCN professionally in all interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination of equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years of relevant sales experience, software/SaaS preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading high performing sales team with a proven track record of success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of the commercial construction market and its business practices, a plus
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent
- Must be a high-energy, ambitious, client-centric team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Possess superior personal integrity and exceptional communication skills

Salary Disclosure
DCN’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
