We are looking for an experienced Director of PMO to lead our Analysts and project delivery primarily focused on our client products directly working as a key partner with the Director of Product Marketing.
You will be responsible for the overall service delivery and the performance of all projects for operation and technology in support of the Product Marketing direction. You will lead the development of delivery plans, Analysts work product, Scrum Master performance, and the performance management to out plans and commitments working as a key partner to the Director of Product Marketing.
The ideal candidate will play an integral role in assessing, identifying, developing, and implementing a successful strategy and vision for developing the PMO office and the symbiotic relationship with Product Marketing, Operations, and Technology. This position will work closely with people from all areas of responsibility within the company in the development of product development, enhancement, and delivery plans. These products will in their nature be both external customer, Consumer and internal business support facing.
This is a remote position with travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices required as business needs dictate for in person meetings. Accepting applications for those who reside in one of the following states: AL, CA, FL, ID, MA, MD, MN, NH, NY, OH, TX.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish PMO role, create center of excellence that aligns with best practices, quality standards and company strategy.
- Partner with the Product Marketing Director to plan, oversee, and steer product launches and enhancements in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Develop and govern program and portfolio management processes, uses of dashboards, templates, utilizing company standard tools (Jira) and standards in partnership with the Product Marketing Director.
- Coach, mentor, train, and lead team by sharing knowledge and best practices through leading by example and teaching to the PMO team members.
- Hire and manage PMO staff, including Analysts, Scrum Master, and project professionals, in line with project and program objectives.
- Oversee Analysts and Scrum Master(s) ensure the delivery of all projects on time, budget, while adhering to company quality standards.
- Develop and emply strategies to bring alignment and true partnership between Product Marketing Director, Operations & Technology and other teams at LRSP.
- Manage project, program, and portfolio deliverables and tasks.
- Plan and deliver product launches end-to-end working in partnership with the Product Marketing Director.
- Monitor projects, programs and portfolio to ensure compliance with project policies and standards as well as keeping to schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Ensure functional area deliverables are understood, cross-functionally aligned, execution of deliverables and timelines are on track.
- Prepare regular monthly thorough and articulate executive summaries of project status, team performance, risk, and opportunities for executive review.
- Lead project quality or performance and post-mortem functions to mitigate and address project delivery challenges in support of continuous improvement efforts.
- Reports to CTO/EVP of Operations & Technology as a representative of the company’s Executive Committee (EXCO).
- Works with the Product Marketing Director in developing the execution plan for the delivery of the company strategy as set by the EXCO.
- Identify project, program, and portfolio priorities in alignment with EXCO direction, deal with challenges and communicate project risks and opportunities for EXCO awareness and potential direction and adjustments.

What We’re Looking For
- Required: Bachelor Level Degree or significant demonstrated equivalent experience
- Required: Management- 3 years
- 10+ years experience in Project Management and analyst roles
- 4+ years in logistics or Project Management responsibilities directly related to product development
- Proven track record of successfully managing new product introducitons from concept to commercialization working in concert with Product Marketing
- Exceptional influencing and team development skills
- Proven cross functional team building and indirect leadership skills
- Proficient or capable or quickly gaining proficiency in Jira
- Superior organizational skills, must be able to effectively manage multiple projects with high priority
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues encountered during project delivery and devise course correction plans and actions to result in obstacle closure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional meeting leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
