We are looking for a seasoned Sr Account Executive, Programmatic Partnerships (Holding Companies) to join our growing Aperture Media Exchange (MX) team. Aperture MX is Cadent’s supply marketplace (SSP). The right candidate should be a strong and established seller with excellent communication skills and experience selling supply marketplace solutions across OTT/CTV, online video and display. They should have a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace and end-to-end supply chain. This role needs to be able to break down complex audience and supply solutions into digestible pitches, and drive sales across all levels of agency & client partners across their established network.

- Sell Cadent’s programmatic solutions and SSP supply into defined Holding Companies and their respective Agencies, Accounts and Traders.
- Master and evangelize Cadent’s suite of Advertiser solutions and be able to illustrate the applicable use cases to potential customers.
- Ability to identify client needs, present applicable solutions, close deals and ensure proper execution.
- Drive share-of-wallet growth across existing customers.
- Be able to coordinate cross-functional efficiency across other Cadent teams and functions.
- Provide real-time customer feedback to internal Cadent teams to help shape product and solution development.
- Creation and ownership of weekly sales pipeline and quarterly forecast.
- Establish strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle

- The ideal candidate has an existing and trusted network of clients and contacts across the major Holding Companies.
- Platform experience at an Agency, AdTech platform, DSP or SSP and deep relationships within the industry.
- 5+ years of experience selling advanced TV, OTT/CTV or OLV advertising solutions.
- Established track record of delivering on strategic and revenue objectives.
- A passion and understanding of the entire media marketplace with a focus on Programmatic.
- Strong presentation skills – with or without a deck.
- Strong discovery skills – obtaining market feedback is key to help Cadent shape and differentiate our solutions and overall marketplace offering.
- Experience and success in driving new business wins.
- Coachability and being able to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of curiosity and the ability to work beyond the defined boundaries of the role.
