Pay range: $180,000 to $246,000/year.

Target Enterprise, Inc. seeks a full-time Director Product Management based at our office in Minneapolis, MN. This role leads the development of media measurement techniques and products needed to make those diagnostics consumable by end users. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 4 years related experience in advanced data analytics. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) utilizing advanced data analytics, business intelligence and software development while working in Hadoop along with working with machine learning and algorithmic approaches to leverage data; (2) working with DMP's, CDP's, Cloud and clean room technologies as well as utilizing a functional understanding of data pipelines and service-based usage models; (3) implementing strategic planning, defining ORKs and driving business outcomes; (4) working with the following tools and technologies: Hadoop, BigData, Cloud Strategy, Web Services, Spark, Machine Learning, C, SQL, Python; and (5) working in the agile environment, including user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, and personas. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master's program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed.
