Position Summary:
The Director, Pharmacy Services Program will maintain and utilize subject matter expertise to participate in product and service delivery as well as provide operational guidance and strategic recommendations for the Pharmacy Services program.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Consult and advise in management of Pharmacy Services program-related delivery requests.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge for all CyncHealth offerings within the Pharmacy Services program.
- Maintain subject matter expertise on industry trends specific to the Pharmacy Services program.
- Offer subject matter expertise internally to the product teams related to requirements and user acceptance testing.
- Provide guidance and, as needed, direct the work of more junior team members to complete deliverables.
- Detect market forces and their impact. Translate potential opportunities to product teams.
- Develop and maintain a repository for market research and competitive analysis to support program strategy.
- Work collaboratively with product teams to make recommendations for future product offerings or enhancements.
- Regularly develop and present content at local, regional, national level to further solidify CyncHealth's presence in the market.
- Regularly attend health events and other community events and venues, providing accurate information and referrals for community members seeking CyncHealth services.
- Attend participant calls at the request of Account Management to offer subject matter expertise and deepen understanding of participant needs related to CyncHealth's Pharmacy Services. Demonstrate workflow to individuals and organizations with competency and knowledge of CyncHealth services.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry stakeholders.
- Complete compliance management & maturity assessments, internal audit review and response, and standards & controls related action plans in response to audits, assessments, and monitoring.
- Support assessment and mapping of operating/business policies relevant to CyncHealth's Pharmacy Services.
- Ensure that activities operate according to internal and external standards, and legal requirements.
- Protect assets and the integrity, security, and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the organization.
- Model CyncHealth's values and Code of Conduct. Manage resources and business objectives in compliance with charter, policies, and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Required.
- Active Pharmacist license required.
- Subject matter expertise of the pharmacy industry required.
- Experience with pharmacy informatics and data analytics required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a pharmacy role with demonstrated increases in responsibility required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Advanced analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with and influence all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize information from several different sources into logical and actionable observations and recommendations.
- Advanced written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to navigate politically sensitive discussions, use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Extended working hours and overnight travel may be necessary.
- Light work requiring exertion up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to work from La Vista, NE office with reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to travel on occasion to conferences or participant sites.
