To make Krispy Kremes in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theatre, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kremes melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.

Krispy Kremes Director, People and Culture is a critical role for the organization and the assigned business leaders at the Global Support Center. As a strategic thought partner, this role will work cross-functionally to identify and develop people focused solutions in support of Krispy Kremes growth aspirations. This highly visible position will consult on current and future organizational, and talent needs as well as coach senior level global leaders to drive performance and achieve business outcomes.

The desired candidate will bring an experienced approach to improving organizational performance as well as coaching and fostering the development of key leaders. A strong desire to understand root cause and explore new ways to improve both our effectiveness and our efficiency. Never one to shy away from a challenge and jump in to bring big ideas and actionable solutions to the table.

HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Lead through influence to develop and support functional leaders around the globe.
• Utilize knowledge of HR disciplines (talent management, performance management, OD, etc.) to develop programs and solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Change champion for people leaders and employees to elevate and enhance the employee experience.
• Coach and develop leadership skillsets around engagement, learning & development, performance, and other key areas.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop robust solutions, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
• Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
• Develop, interpret, and implement global human resources policies to meet the needs of client groups.
• Develop, recommend, and collaborate on People and Culture strategy and organizational priorities along with people team and global business leadership.
• Actively participate in and lead business and HR projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of progressive human resources experience
• Strong business and financial acumen, experience working in a global organization, talent management and development, project management.
• Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of current employment law and practices.
