You're data driven and can influence HR and business stakeholders by bringing data to life. Responsibilities: Design and oversee an HR reporting strategy that captures all reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making and all integrations to applications. Utilize native and BI tool capabilities to curate data to empower stakeholders to interact and self-solve with their data, ideally informing HR program and business decisions.
Manage relationships with analytics stakeholders and business partners, ensuring that the analytics services delivered meet or exceed expectations. Support workforce planning strategy SME with data by analyzing staffing needs and projecting future workforce requirements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive HR data strategy that supports organizational decision-making and complies with legal, ethical and enterprise IT governance standards.
Evolve the Anywhere HR data governance strategy to maintain data integrity, security, and privacy across all HR systems in partnership with other data owners. Conduct independent People Analytics research to uncover insights inform HR practices and policies, and improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Work closely with technical resources to recommend modern architecture components Mature metadata management repositories (e.g., data standards or business glossaries), capturing business/data quality rules & quality thresholds and designing DQ reports & dashboards In partnership with HRIS, maintain a HR technology roadmap to ensure that all HR systems and platforms are aligned with the organization's needs, and can deliver required data and reporting insights.
Assess HR technology maturity, identify pain points and gaps by conducting stakeholder analysis and design, develop and implement data management processes. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Core Business (E.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting), Information Systems, Science, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology, workforce analytics, or a related area.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including workforce planning and People Analytics. Knowledge of ETL methods and working with databases Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives. Demonstrable experience with data governance, data analysis, and reporting within an HR context.
Proven experience telling a story with data and the ability to inform and influence key stakeholders. Experience in data governance and strategy and collaboration with technical DataOps activities and teams. Knowledge in business intelligence, infrastructure, data engineering, data analytics, or a related subject.
