What is your day to day?
  • Manage the client relationship with Nike GPS and act as a single point of contact for WS account issues.
  • Coordinate the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting and participate in operations meetings.
  • Understand WHQ real estate portfolio and strategic campus master plan to drive leading-practice solutions.
  • Recommend staffing levels and ensure consistency in service delivery through training and review of deliverables.
  • Manage the WS team, set goals, assess performance, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Summarize findings and make recommendations for action, including reviewing migration plans and ensuring space changes align with long-term plans.
  • Measure, monitor, and report cost saving and value-added contributions, establish and monitor the WS service line's budget and revenue, and manage WS KPI process.

Desired experience and technical skills:
Required:
  • BS/BA degree in Corporate Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Facilities Management.
  • 10-12+ years of experience in corporate real estate/occupancy planning/workplace operations at a leadership level.
  • Strong oral/written communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong people management skills with a history of high employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Proven client relationship management skills in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to embrace change and ambiguity and rally teams and resources.
  • Excellent time management and delegation skills in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred:
  • Experience with managing vendor relationships and support vendors.
  • Knowledge of space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols.
  • Familiarity with data consolidation and visualization tools like Power Point.
  • Ability to utilize planning tools beyond Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and reporting.
