What we are Seeking:
- Minimum 4+ years of Multi-site Car Wash Management experience is required.
- 3+ years of Training and development leadership experience is preferred
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales ability
- Added bonus if you have previous experience in opening new car wash locations and creating SOPs, implementing of policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with MacNeil, Sonny's, AVW car wash equipment/products.
- Strong P&L knowledge, strong thorough understanding of business and finance practices and policies.
- Superb verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Diplomacy skills, professional presence
- Strong Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint
- Good Mechanical and Repair Skills
- Demonstrates knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations
- Attention to Detail

License / Certification / Willingness to travel:
- Driver’s License (clean driving record) (required)
- The position is 75% travel visiting our car wash locations and offering support, build sales.
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of our car wash sites, ensuring that they are managed and performed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead our locations, which includes participating in their hiring and training, overseeing their work and schedules, helping them set goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and handling discipline and termination as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Capability to over and teach preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure proper start-up and shutdown of car wash equipment for all stores
- Establish metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures, implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction, and ensure that work environments are adequate and safe.
- Communicate and explain new policies or procedures to managers, and, in the case of major changes, you will meet with operations staff to explain the changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
- Formulate and implement growth strategies and objectives as the company continues to expand.
- Develop and implement department processes to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Ability to address and handle employee and customer concerns/questions.
- Evaluate regularly the cleanliness and appearance of car wash facilities
