Everything we do is for our customers, and we're currently serving over 12,000+ ecommerce merchants, including : Steve Madden, Timbuk2, Decathlon, and Sports Illustrated. They love us for our innovative product, our focus on their ecommerce needs, and, of course, our lightning-fast customer service response time.
We raised $25 million in our Series B round in December 2020 and $30 million in our Series C round in 2022. We more than doubled in size in every meaningful way: annual recurring revenue, the size of our customer base, and the size of our Gorgias team, for starters.

About the Tech Partnership Team
Partnerships are a critical part of Gorgias's revenue growth driving over 50% of our revenue. We are looking for a Director of Technology Partnerships to spearhead our strategic partnerships within the ecommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, deep understanding of the e-commerce and technology landscape, and a track record of developing impactful partnerships. As leader of the tech partnership organization, you will create top-down alignment both internally at Gorgias and externally with our top tech partners.
What You'll Do
- Build out a tech partnership program that aligns with Gorgias' mission to empower e-commerce businesses through seamless customer support solutions.
- Prioritize and nurture relationships with technology partners, designing partnership tiering that drives mutual value
- Leverage Gorgias's C-Suite to create top-down alignment with our most strategic partners
- Lead a dynamic team of high-performing tech partner managers,, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven excellence
- Work closely our Growth Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to to scale your teams reach and impact inside of partner organizations
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to onboard and support tech partner with a focus on delivering best in class integrations for our top partners
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of relevant partnership experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- A builder mind-set with a background in scaling up organizations from the ground up with a clear vision for the processes and systems required to scale
- A track record of managing successful partnerships, preferably in the e-commerce or tech sectors.
- A good understanding of the e-commerce technology landscape and the different players within it.
- Ability to recruit and lead a team, providing direction and support to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with different audiences.
