Director of Student Ministries/Youth Director - Fairview Church

Fairview Church, an Independent Methodist congregation in Danville, Virginia, is searching for a Director of Student Ministries. The primary focus of the position is building/sustaining a comprehensive ministry to our 6th grade through 12th grade youth and their families. Ongoing discipleship and involvement in servant missions are strong emphases of the church leadership, so these would also be the primary emphases of the Director of Student Ministries. If possible, the church would like the Director to also network in ministry with our college students. This is a part-time position, with negotiable hours and salary. If a candidate for this position also has leadership gifts in contemporary worship/music, technology ministry, and/or teaching/preaching, this position could be structured as a full-time staff position.
