Director of Staff Augmentation Pre-Sales

The Director of Staff Augmentation Pre-Sales is responsible for the successful delivery of complex technology-enabled projects and services to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. The Networking Engineer will work with clients throughout the solution lifecycle to plan, design and deploy technology solutions that meet aggressive delivery schedules, complex technical specifications, and high-level requirements.


Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Director of Recruiting with a proven track record in technical resource recruitment and business development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining a 3rd party bench of technical resources and be capable of combining recruiting excellence with client engagement and sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Job Title: Director of Staff augmentation Pre Sales - Technical Resources with Business Development Focus

This role will involve building relationships with clients, serving as a sales overlay for staffing and Staff Augmentation, and driving the value proposition across our client base. Our services cater to Centers of Excellence focused on modern infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform engineering.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements for Centers of Excellence.
  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, while also building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of technical candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and standards.
  • Serve as a sales overlay for staffing and Staff Augmentation services, actively driving the value proposition across our client base.
  • Actively engage in business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for both immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Maintain a 3rd party bench of technical resources, ensuring readiness for client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Seller of Staff Augmentation with a focus on technical resource recruitment and business development in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation, contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time staffing models.
  • Excellent business development, relationship-building, and client-interaction skills.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and experience to match candidates with client requirements.
  • Experience in recruiting and maintaining a 3rd party bench of technical resources is required.
