Job Title: Director Of Social Services

Program: Enhanced Family Foster Care

Salary: $86,700-$100,020 yr (Based on Experienced and Education)

General Responsibilities:

CGS is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Social Services for our Enhanced Family Foster Care. As the Director of Social Services you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all required contacts with parents, foster parents, and children/youth particularly. Monitoring, track, and ensure that their Case Planners/Family Specialists are prepared for and attend all Permanency Hearing thereby expediting permanency and preventing findings of No Reasonable Efforts (NRE)

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Social Work; LMSW preferred; Master’s degree in related field considered.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience with families and children
• Minimum five (5) years’ supervisory experience
• Experience in Child Welfare

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual Spanish
• NYS Driver’s license preferred
