DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with leadership and management background.
- 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience and 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- 2-3 years of Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required.
- Master’s degree in business/nursing or related field, or obtainable within 3 years.
- Current NE State license as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current BLS and ACLS, or obtainable within 2 months of hire.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS DIRECTOR OF SENIOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH?
- Model service delivery standards for customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate knowledge of CCH's role responsibility and operating philosophy.
- Exhibit relationship management and influencing behaviors.
- Adhere to CCH administrative support policies and procedures.
- Support Plan for Patient Care and facilitate nursing care delivery.
- Develop annual goals, operating budgets, and performance management plans.
- Comply with Attendance Management Policy for timeliness and attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by VP of Patient Care Services/CNO.
