SalaryIn this role you will be responsible for managing the sales operations for the Private Label division of our company. As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Sales plans
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support
- Manage sales budgets and forecast sales projections
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar sales management role within the Private Label industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of Sales experience, preferably in the Private Label industry
