Position Overview
As the Director of Sales at Fundraise Up, you will lead our dynamic sales team to new heights. Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base, driving the adoption of our platform among nonprofit organizations. You will be instrumental in defining and coaching the next level of Sales execution
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching, regularly.
- High Performance Culture:
- Establish and reinforce a culture of high performance and high expectations.
- Support, guide, and coach the team members to help them achieve their goals.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and requirements to promote the company's solutions.
- Should expect to participate in customer engagements alongside reps on your team.
- Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales director in technology, preferably in nonprofit technology.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
