Director ofNational Accounts (Foodservice)
We are working with a fast-growing premium sparkling beverage company! They are seeking Director ofNational Accounts. This individual will be responsible for driving and growing National Accounts with colleges/universities, hospitals to name a few and effectively managing routes to market. This is a fantastic opportunity with an eco-friendly that has doubled in volume the past two years.
Previous foodservice BEVERAGE sales account management experience with regional and/or National Accounts is mandatory.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to be part of a high growth organization, wants to continue to develop relationships with key customers and buyers, as well as bringing in new customers to continue to grow the brand.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales plan & P&L within your defined strategic customers: including volume, net sales, gross margin, & customer trade spend
- Ability to build win-win joint business plans with customers
- Sightline – develop sales & customer activation plans
- Effectively manage customers to grow the business & outpace category growth is a must
- Influence buying decisions and possess superior communication and selling skills
- Build rapport with key accounts, buyers, and distributors
- Demonstrate creative out of the box thinking, organization skills, detail-oriented mindset, high collaboration, strong analytical & presentation skills, & ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Align & partner across the organization to drive the sales strategy & execution
- Analyze data/insights and incorporate learnings into sales pitches and presentations
- Challenge the status quo and be a change agent within the company
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- BA/BSc, Mgmt., or relevant post-secondary education
- 5+ years of foodservice beverage sales experience with regional and or National Accounts with a proven track record of success is a MUST HAVE.
- Must have a history of selling premium beverage products into colleges/universities, hospitals, QSR
- Excel proficiency and superb data analysis
- Strong analytic & technology skills
- Comfortable achieving objectives and leading the business from both a virtual and on the road environment
- Willing to travel up to 60%
