We are actively searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Sales team to lead our international expansion and growth. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategy that True Brands needs to break into new key markets and opportunities around the world. 

About the Role

  • Devise and execute growth-oriented strategies to drive optimal productivity and revenue growth in EMEA, APAC and Latin America.
  • Skillfully acquire and oversee key accounts through adept application of consultative selling methodologies.
  • Orchestrate seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the delivery of projects to the highest standards.
  • Foster and nurture enduring client partnerships, consistently surpassing ambitious sales targets.
  • Harness the potential of digital campaigns in strategic partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Embody the role of a brand advocate while upholding meticulous accuracy in maintaining CRM records.
 

About You

  • 7+ years of Sales experience with a strong focus on generating revenue outside of the United States.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships to directly impact the growth of the company.
  • A self-motivated entrepreneurial attitude with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively with a passion for developing top performers.
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
 

What We Offer

  • Base Salary of 130,000 - 140,000
