Atrium Place Health & Rehabilitation, a busy 120 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, seeks an experienced, energetic, and compassionate OT, PT, SLP, PTA or OTA to lead our growing in-house therapy team. We see a diverse mix of orthopedic and neurological conditions with short term rehab and long term care residents. Our veteran team of therapists is a great group to work with and there is opportunity to build amazing patient centered programs in memory care, wound care, falls prevention, and many more!

Qualifications:

• Have a valid therapy license
• Leadership exerience in a medical setting - preferably long term care or post-acute rehab
