REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required:, Masters preferred
RN Nursing License
Minimum of 3 years in Quality Management with a healthcare or hospital setting
Experience supervising and leading staff
In depth knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Self directed with a high degree of integrity and commitment to quality care
Ability to work flexible hours and multitask effectively
