Director of Quality Management / Registered Nurse

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Quality Management / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Large Health System in San Leandro, CA.
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Quality Management / Registered Nurse:

• DQM will oversee staff performance and training, facility surveys and infection control processes, and related tasks relevant to quality improvement!
• Collaborates with leadership team to be a resource to all staff
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications for Director of Quality Management / Registered Nurse:

• ASN or BSN
• Active RN License
• 3+ Years of experience in Quality or Risk Management - in the Hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications for Director of Quality Management / Registered Nurse:

• CPHQ Certification (Certified Professional Healthcare Quality)

Pay Details: $140,000 - $160,000 (flexible based on experience) + Plus annual bonus up to 15% based on performance
