The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior QA Manager to join our team and partner with our engineering organization striving to support mission-critical systems for all of our software platforms & products.

What You’ll Do:

• In this role, you will have an opportunity to improve quality, enable a fast feedback engineering culture, and accelerate the delivery of the most privacy-forward, technologically sophisticated test suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop testing solutions that meet business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to Open Lending's products and services.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience leading automation and manual quality teams
• 10+ years’ experience designing and architecting automation framework solutions that enable a shared accountability in quality.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through people and across an organization, forming relationships, collaborating with and influencing multi-functional teams.
• Able to deep dive into technical areas when needed but also up-level communications to a broader audience.
• Experience developing and testing front and back-end customer-facing components.
• Expertise with continuous integration systems that incorporate fast feedback mechanisms and quality metrics.
• Deep understanding of Java, Java Selenium, MySQL, Rest API, SOAP, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
• Expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
