We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Leader to join our growing team. With a growing workforce of 250 employees, including remote workers, hybrid teams, in-person staff, contractors, and international, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, attracting top talent, and fostering an inclusive workplace that enables everyone to thrive.
About the Role
- Foster a thriving work environment rooted in positivity and inclusivity while championing diversity and actively promoting employee engagement to cultivate a highly motivated and fulfilled workforce.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's overarching goals and deeply ingrained values.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, meticulously managing key aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all team members.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary structures, performance-based incentives, and employee wellness initiatives; ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
- Ideate and deliver highly impactful training programs that are designed to elevate employee skill sets and foster continuous career growth.
- Use data-driven insights to conduct comprehensive analyses of HR metrics, maintain records, and prepare in-depth reports to offer guidance and informed recommendations to drive enhanced HR decision-making.
- Manage claims and maintain all appropriate paperwork and other necessary documents for workers’ compensation, unemployment, FMLA, paid paternity/maternity leave, etc.; assist legal team when needed.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience implementing HR best practices and strategies to streamline processes and drive positive change.
- Passionate about creating captivating employee engagement programs that build a cohesive and supportive company culture.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce, including remote, hybrid, and international teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Able to travel 10-20% to other locations as needed.

- $120,000 to $140,000 base salary plus bonus (Final base salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, and internal team equity)
