Job Description
A Pearl Director of Outlets reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for creating leaders and fostering the Pearl culture within the Food & Beverage department for Pearl Hospitality. A Pearl Director of Outlets must ignite the human spirit by creating unrivaled hospitality experiences fueled by fun, enthusiasm and compassion that challenge each person to unlock their own potential.
Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Responsibilities – (not limited to)
· Provide optimal level of service, quality and hospitality are provided to the guest(s).
· Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components (labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, supplies, equipment, etc...) to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
· Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
· Create, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.
· Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of the various outlet areas and equipment to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
· Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
· Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
· Create guest experiences for any special events.
· Review out-of-order and off-market rooms daily. Verify the status of each room and communicate with Engineering and Housekeeping departments as needed.
· Represents themselves and the hotel with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, a service focused approach and a caring, sincere attitude always.
· Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintains open communication with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the hotel.

Physical Requirements - (not limited to)
· Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
· Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, repetitive arm and wrist use, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces.
· Must be able to operate motor vehicles using safety precautions.
· Must be able to recognize, register, and respond visually to color and depth perception.
· Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
· Must be able to work indoors, outdoors, in extreme heat and cold.
· Must be able to work around moderate noise level.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
