Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Operations for our High-Volume, High-Energy Concept to join our team! This national company is based in Boston and the Director position will supervise 3-4 locations. The preferred candidates have multi-year experience in eitherthe Hotel Industry as a Senior Leader or the Entertainment industry as a muti-unit manager. Must have "gaming" experience in your background. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining and entertainment experience. and coaching the GM's and their teams to this end. Prior multi-unit restaurant management experience needed as a base line for expanding your knowledge into managing an entertainment venue. This position will include a Director of Operations profit-sharing plan that is paid quarterly, a car allowance plan that kicks in in year two and this profit-sharing plan can increase the total income potential by 15%-25% annually!
Responsibilities:
- Observe and supervise all front-of-house activities including the entertainment venue and coach GM on opportunities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues through the GM
- Ensure a high quality of service standards and timely food preparation is executed daily
- Responsible for overview on each locations staffing and scheduling
- Provides a critical assessment of facility and evaluates expenditures
- Coaches team on adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations
