Responsibilities
Follows MD Orders to administer appropriate therapies, medications, and treatments.
Assesses patient needs, develops specific plans of care, evaluated effectiveness of treatments, identifies problems, plans and implements appropriate nursing interventions, evaluates patient outcomes, and submits timely, accurate documentation.
Follows Brightstar Care policies and procedures
Conducts self in a professions, dependable manner
Requirements
Active CA, unencumbered RN License, BSN
At least 5 years of experience
Must be willing to travel countywide
Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, reliable transportation
Excellent Organizational and time management skills, self starter, dependable
Recent infusion experience (minimum 3 years). Proficient with starting IVs, skilled with PICC lines and Port-a-Cath access, care, maintenance, and lab draws
Skilled with wound staging, dressing changes, and wound vacs, preferred
Great communication, critical thinking, customer service, and interpersonal skills, detail orientated
Must be able to work various locations based on business needs
Proficient with IV therapy administration of antibiotics, IVIG, hydration, etc.
Must have 1 year of RN experience in a facility and/or home based care
Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws
Must be able to wear full PPE if necessary
N95 fitted preferred
Hours, 25-30 weekly
Compensation listed is a broad range, and will be determined at offer.
