Salary- Maintains patient safety at all times.
- Assures that the nursing care needs to the patients are met using established standards of Nursing practice.
- Insures adequate staffing pattern for detox area.
- Assigns nursing staff for participation in treatment team and actively attends staff meetings on a daily basis.
- Serves on Leadership Team.
- Acts as a liaison between Medical Director and nursing staff.
- Estimates needs for medical supplies, equipment and medication and establish an evaluation and central system for the same.
- Acts as purchasing agent for medical supplies, medication and services.
- Insures the medical services are provided within budgetary guidelines.
- Serves as Coordinator of lab services.
- Takes call after hours for nursing staff and on a rotating basis for the facility.
- Coordinates Quality Improvement Services for nursing staff.
- Serves as point of contact with Consulting Pharmacist and reviews pharmacy invoices for accuracy.
- Responsible for all duties and responsibilities detailed in RN Job Description.
- Assures that policies, procedures and practices are consistent with the philosophy of treatment and goals.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate and competent nursing staff including recruitment, selection, disciplinary action and terminating employment.

- Provided, coordinates, organizes and implements required or applicable medically related educational programs including Orientation, in-services, technical and on the job training for staff.
- Collaborates with program directors and medical director to determine patient and staff medical education needs.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Licensed in Tennessee as a Registered Nurse
