Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of functions including marketing coordination, veteran and military family recruiting, customer experience, operations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence.

What You'll Do

Operations (Vending or SBT) Management

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize operational performance and mitigate risks.

Monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and address any operational challenges.

Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Tactical Games Athletes, managing all aspects of athlete relations and partnerships.

Human Resources Coordination; Veteran Employment

  • Work closely with the HR recruiting team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain veterans transitioning to civilian employment.
  • Establish relationships with military transition centers, veteran organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to source qualified candidates.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote Galls and US Patriot as a veteran and military family employer. Collaborate with marketing teams to create materials and messaging that resonate with the veteran and military community.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and management processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory turnover, reduce stockouts, and minimize shrinkage.

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and agreements.

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Champion a customer-centric approach across all aspects of the business to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Special Projects Management

  • Lead and oversee the execution of Special Projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall utility management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance productivity across various departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in utility management and Special Projects execution.
  • Industry Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments.

Mergers and Acquisitions Management

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives and industry dynamics. Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment, to assess the viability and potential impact of M&A transactions.
  • Lead negotiations with target companies, investors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deal terms and maximize value creation.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to structure M&A transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Develop and execute integration plans to seamlessly merge acquired businesses into the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, synergy realization, and employee alignment.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on utility management, marketing coordination, customer experience, operations, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Military experience preferred, with demonstrated leadership and adaptability skills.
