About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Director of Member Success to support the
members of the FM Community. A successful candidate will be responsible for helping our members
understand the resources available to them while strategically connecting them with other members to
cultivate WINS in their businesses. Our members are high caliber, hard charging real estate investors
from across the country.
This position is a remote/virtual position that requires travel 4-6 times a year for community events &
planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by working with prospects from application to the close of the sale
- Help Grow the Community through Support of the Sales Team
- Actively ask for & work referrals
- Attend events
- Communicate with every member 2x/yr to check in and bring value. (Text, Video Message)
- Manage Onboarding of Members
- Manage the Ambassador Program
- Manage the Commission Program
- Post regular updates, wins, shares in the Facebook page
- Help in the creation, structure, and fulfillment of live and digital events
- Facilitate connections members together that can provide value to one another
- Attain an in-depth knowledge of each of our members and their businesses
- Host digital new member group-onboarding sessions
- Host other member based digital sessions
- Strategize with the leadership team to develop marketing strategies
and handle integration and execution of those strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience driving member, client or customer success initiatives
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
