JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/objective
The Director of Marketing will lead and direct the company’s marketing initiatives and brand management for all divisions. Responsible for day-to-day activities. Collaborate with all levels within the organization and its strategic partners to ensure marketing initiatives support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Essential Functions

.• Plan and develop new marketing communications and sales plan initiatives to support business development
- Track, forecast, and report on multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide budget and timeline estimates during project inception• Manage labor across projects
- Develop and implement effective Social Media strategy for business divisions
- Analyze, evaluate and recommend use of outsourcing for selected marketing projects
- Update existing and create new print and digital products based on evolving brand standards
- Work with management to request and approve expenses for all digital and print resources
- Manage vendor relationships and order marketing focused print collateral
- Coordinate with printing companies• Update existing website content, and create new pages
- Develop mockups from concept meetings for approval or edits
- Utilize Salesforce Pardot and Mailchimp to maintain lists and execute email campaigns
- Perform day to day social media and marketing tasks as necessary, including document manipulation, PDF work, brochures, mailers, social media account management
- Coordinate and edit blog content• Liaison with Legal prior to any publication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
