Director Of Marketing - Real Estate

As the Marketing Director for a busy and growing Real Estate team in Pasadena, CA you'll play a crucial role in marketing listings for sale. This position is unique in that you'll be telling the STORY behind the listing, rather than simply promoting its price and features.

$105,000 - $120,000

• Tailor marketing collateral to resonate with the desires of each home's target buyer
• Conduct client interviews to learn about the highlights of the home's treasured features for use in creating marketing materials
• Create an emotionally resonant listing copy, emphasizing the unique lifestyle benefits of each property
• Draft complete scripts (including both dialogue and stage direction) for listing video tours
• Ensure stunning listing photo quality
• Art direct digital marketing brochures and other materials
• QC collateral production, including postcards and social media posts
• Supervise overseas Virtual Assistants for timely, high-quality marketing material delivery
