Director Of Marketing

Our Growth Team is seeking a Director of Marketing, to support our mission by driving membership growth, managing our brand, and leading our marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive membership referrals, manage and elevate our brand, and maximize our digital presence. The Director of Marketing will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, collaborate with other senior leaders, and build a robust marketing team.

Responsibilities for Director of Marketing include, but not limited to:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives membership referrals.
• Brand Management: Oversee and manage our brand image, ensuring it aligns with our mission and values and resonates with our target audiences.
• Digital Marketing: Supervise and direct our digital marketing strategy, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
• Social Media Management: Direct and monitor our social media presence, establishing a consistent voice and engagement strategy.
• SEO and Paid Advertising: Oversee SEO efforts and paid advertising strategies to improve our online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Team Leadership & Development: Hire, mentor, and manage a highly effective marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review and analyze marketing performance against objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources for maximum return on investment.
• Actively participate in team, calls and meetings and offer potential solutions to obstacles incurred
• Assist the counseling team by facilitating group therapy meetings
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or Master's degree in Marketing is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in healthcare or relevant industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
• Proficient in both traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.

This position is fully remote (work from home). Although the position is remote, you must be able to travel for regular meetings at our offices in Boston/Manhattan/Newark.

Work from home requirements:

• Must have internet service with minimum upload/download ability.
• Company will provide equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset) plus a remote work stipend.
• Must have a private, quiet space to speak to members with minimal background noise.
• Must understand the importance of protected health information and ensure any data/information is not visible to others.
