Job Title: Marketing Director

Department: Marketing

Location: Remote

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Vice President of Marketing

The Role

Ethics Professionals Game Corporation is looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and oversee our marketing strategy. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our games and increase our brand awareness. You will also be in charge of managing our marketing budget, conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with our company values and goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing, preferably in the gaming industry. You will also need to have excellent communication, leadership, and creative skills. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of ethical standards and professionalism in your work. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our company and the gaming community.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and ethical principles.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, influencer outreach, and events.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, understand player behaviors, and inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and data to gain a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences, driving targeted and engaging marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer support to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Ethical Marketing Champion: Uphold ethical marketing practices within the team and in collaboration with other stakeholders, promoting transparency, responsibility, and avoiding deceptive tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible roles in marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success in the gaming industry, is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ethical Focus: A strong understanding of Marketing ethics and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
  • Strategic and Creative Thinker: Proven ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and translate complex concepts into compelling messaging.
  • Data-Driven Marketer: Expertise in utilizing data to inform marketing decisions and measure performance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team of talented marketing professionals.
