Summary About the Role
Responsibilities
- Local Area Marketing
- Serve as the expert of Local Area Marketing for all brands in the organization
- Develop a consistent Local Area Marketing strategy for the portfolio of brands
- Develop the business model and strategy for establishing an internal LAM consulting group
- Hire and lead a team of Local Area Marketing Managers
- Establish consistent and efficient processes
- Identify new opportunities for reaching higher levels of performance via Local Area Marketing
- Develop compliance processes to hold franchisees accountable for their requirements
- Cross functional collaboration (IT, Analytics, Brand teams, NAF Media, etc. etc.)
- Establish and be accountable for measurable KPIs
- Monitor and analyze the performance of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ad Hoc projects as needed
- Vendor Management
- Holistically own all elements of Local Area Marketing vendor partnerships
- Establish Strategy for Vendor Management and Adoption
- Establish Vendor Adoption Goals and Metrics
- Manage Vendor Relationships
- Be the primary point of contact for vendors and any vendor-related questions
- Manage existing contracts and work with Legal on contracting of new partners
- Identify areas to introduce new partners (for improved performance, fill a gap in needs, etc)
- Establish and be accountable for measurable KPIs
- Analyze and interpret performance data/ KPIs
- Conduct RFPs for new partners
- Establish processes and enforce compliance for approved and unapproved vendors (for shared and brand-specific vendors)
- Continuous Performance Evaluation and Management
- Work closely with vendors to optimize campaigns to drive desired performance KPIs.
- Lead ongoing vendor performance meetings and QBRs as needed.
- Develop systems and processes to track performance
- Ad Hoc projects as needed
Skillsets
- Project Management
- Managerial Experience (preferably of mid-sized teams)
- Strongly Prefer Franchise Experience
- Ability to Analyze and Interpret Data
- Digital Media Expertise
- Experience Managing a Network of Agency/ Vendor Partners
- Understanding of Media Landscape
- Ability to establish and manage new processes and structure
- Understanding of/ Experience with Managing Co-Op Programs
- Highly proactive, self-starter individual who can work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, and maintain great relationships.

Qualifications
- Based in Flower Mound Tx, a hybrid work environment
- Ability to travel (less than 20%)
- 3-5 years managerial experience
