Position Overview:

Van Martin Roofing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a high-level understanding of digital marketing, excel in data analysis, and have a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies in the home service industry. The
Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and innovating marketing decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Expertise:

● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase online presence and lead generation.

● Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital channels to drive website traffic and conversions.
● Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's digital marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

● Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns.

● Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
● Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.

3. Understanding of Home Service Businesses:

● Leverage industry knowledge to tailor marketing strategies specific to the home service sector.

● Identify market trends and customer needs within the roofing industry to inform marketing decisions.

4. Market Research and Strategy:

● Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.

● Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

5. Vendor Management:

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the timely execution of Marketing initiatives.

● Evaluate and onboard new vendors when necessary, ensuring they align with the company's marketing objectives.

6. Customer Acquisition:

● Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base.
● Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.

7. Innovation in Marketing Decisions:

● Drive innovation in marketing strategies, exploring new channels and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

● Test and implement creative approaches to engage customers and differentiate Van
Martin Roofing in the market.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the home service industry.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
