Director Of Marketing

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts, including developing and executing strategies across all channels, managing and mentoring a team of Regional Marketing Managers, and tracking and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. They must combine strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to drive marketing efforts effectively and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand for products and services in a responsive way
• Develop and implement the company's overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Manage a team of Regional Marketing Managers and provide them with guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• Develop and manage the marketing budget while ensuring all targets are met with the allocated resources
• Track and analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity while monitoring branding guidelines across all marketing materials and campaigns
• Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive public image and handle media relations and/or press releases
• Plan and coordinate customer events to build brand awareness / loyalty such as farm shows, field days, and incentive trips / events
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on leadership and team management
• Strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels and best practices
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement marketing plans

Position Type:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Early morning, evening, weekend, and work on holidays may be required as job duties demand.
