Requirements

• Real Estate Industry experience with 5+ years of SaaS knowledge.
• Exposure to platforms such as: Yardi, MRI, RealPage etc.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies that support Saxony and Pereview’s strategic objectives and growth.

• Manage and develop content writers and sales operations analysts.
• Establish and drive key Marketing KPIs that move top of funnel sales activity.
• Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns from start to finish to educate, inform, and motivate audiences and to generate leads for the sales team.
• Strategize and manage development of valuable and engaging content for campaigns that attract and convert our target groups; campaigns and outreach should generate qualified leads and may include paid advertising or amplification, content marketing, direct marketing, sponsorships, events, SEO, trade shows.
• Serve as the official brand manager for Pereview, including management of website properties, logo and brandmark, fonts and colors, marketing, and sales collateral.
• Serve as an advisor/partner to the sales team and collaborate across the organization to fully understand the Company’s products, services, and marketing communication needs.
• Develop organizational calendar to track ongoing marketing activities and ensure timely execution and delivery of specific projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate performance of Marketing campaigns and provide regular updates to key stakeholders; adjust as needed.
• Collaborating with company leadership, leading, and managing internal communications to ensure that all staff are aware of news and key information.
• Stay on top of evolving marketing trends and be willing to experiment with innovative technologies and techniques to identify, track, and add prospective clients to the sales funnel.

LOCATION

• In office two times per week.
• This position is only open to candidates who live in the Dallas, Texas (DFW) area.
