Director Of Marketing

ABOUT US

Sheridan French is seeking a motivated Director of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills to leverage all channels to increase revenue, traffic, engagement and conversions for the brand as well as completing short and long-term strategic planning. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment within a small team and be a self starter. Occasional travel to our offices in Ft Worth and to on site photoshoots is required.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic short- and long-term marketing plan and implementation including tracking KPI's and results, as well as broad level marketing project management.

Plan, design, implement and monitor all email campaigns.

Design, direction and visual management of sheridanfrench.com.

Plan, design, implement and monitor marketing and social media campaigns.

Create, curate, and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.

Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant an effective.

Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.

Track social media campaigns key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.

Oversee budget and manage paid ad campaigns, as well as ad concepting and creatives and copy.

Graphic design of all creatives ensuring a cohesive, on brand aesthetic across channels.

Produce seasonal campaigns based on collection inspiration.

Manage influencer outreach, relations and budget.

Develop standards, systems and best practices for digital content creation, distribution and measurement across all social media platforms and outreach.

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative direction and input for photoshoots

Maintain Pinterest and LinkedIn accounts

Film and photograph for content

Manage influencer marketing strategies

Oversee all activities related to UGC

Provide guidance for marketing intern (s)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related Field

Experience: 3+ years in Fashion Marketing at a Senior Management or Director Role

Other: Graphic Design and Klaviyo Skills or experience in email marketing

Other: Experience in creating and managing paid ad campaigns
