SalaryThe Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing lean manufacturing processes in an electronics environment. The role involves meeting production requirements to support revenue targets and driving operational improvements through efficient processes.
Skill Requirements:
- Lean Manufacturing process implementation
- Familiarity with RF and electronics manufacturing process
- DoD experience
- Experience running day-to-day operations
- Proven track record in a leadership role
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Previous experience in Aerospace or Defense industries
