Director of Maintenance

Cedar Ridge Inn is NOW HIRING a Director of Maintenance

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the maintenance department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as directed by the Administrator to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Incentive:

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time hires

Wage:

• $25-$30 Depending on experience

Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• On-Call

Experience

• Preferred - Three (3) year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant related position.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
