About the role
The Responsive marketing team is a results-oriented organization within a high-growth SaaS company. Responsive is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to launch and scale global marketing campaigns that resonate and drive results. You are adept at translating audience insights and core messaging into a cohesive content and campaign strategy that drives pipeline, creating a unified experience across channels and touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle. The leader of this function will be critical to driving alignment and visibility across the sales and marketing organization
As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will:
  • Oversee planning, execution, and measurement of Integrated Marketing campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to set priorities and pipeline goals for campaign performance and optimize based on results and learning
  • Set campaign themes and core messaging in conjunction with GTM leadership team
  • Maintain campaign and content calendar to drive collaboration and visibility across marketing
  • Orchestrate messaging and content that ties campaign themes to product releases, events, thought leadership, and other key initiatives
  • Define and tailor campaigns for priority segments and audiences across the customer journey
  • Manage a small team of marketers, including ecosystem marketing, copywriters, and vendors/contractors as needed
  • Align content strategy and partner/influencer relationships (i.e. with industry associations and influential players in the GTM tech stack) to drive reach and engagement with core audiences

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful Integrated Marketing campaigns
  • Management and leadership chops - you'll guide individual contributors and mobilize cross-functional teams
  • Executive presence - you are comfortable facilitating discussions and taking a stand with VP and CXO level audiences
  • Track record of motivating teams to set ambitious goals and get results in an ambiguous, fast paced environment
  • Growth mindset - you strive to constantly learn, improve, and adapt
  • Clear and compelling communication
  • Active inquiry and problem solving
  • Prioritization, organization, and time management
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment

Required experience:
  • 10 or more years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS
  • 5 or more years experience in Integrated Marketing, demand generation, and content strategy with progressive scope and leadership, including people management experience
