The Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Legacy Community Health will be a leader in providing high-quality Integrated Behavioral Health screenings and brief interventions to clients with identified Behavioral Health needs. This will involve screening new clients identified as at-risk in the primary care setting in order to identify presenting problems, address urgent issues, and/or provide immediate referral as indicated. In this role, you will work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing biopsychosocial stressors. As Director, you will collaborate with clients, physicians, and other providers to develop and implement client-centered interventions and treatment plans.

- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from accredited institution
- Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT
