We are seeking a Director of Information Technology and IT Security to join our team! You will coordinate activities in fields such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned technology manager with a high level of knowledge and ability to manage MS Office 365 administration as well as IT security management.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about IT, curious to learn new programs and tools, analytical to troubleshoot and find solutions to day-to-day operational concerns and can run an Office 365 panel.

This position is for a private advertising company of about 150 fully remote end users. We are looking for someone with all the knowledge it takes to run and IT department on their own. This role will report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee IT procedures and operations
• Assist in strategic planning and risk analysis
• Identify information system needs
• Establish priorities for system upgrades
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify intrusions
  • Provide Daily Security screens and recaps for the COO
• Optimize ongoing network design

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT with a strong focus on IT operations, administration, and security
• Candidates with strong communication skills, technology skills, and a pleasing customer facing ability are key attributes we are looking for
• We also need someone able to be self-motivated and responsible with little direction.  
• Ability to evaluate software and hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
