The Director of Human Resources will Create Excellence by adding your energy, creativity and wisdom to the Leadership Team. Raise the bar in staff competency and generate successful pathways to personal growth. Adopt new technologies and system improvements which enhance efficiency and staff satisfaction. Create a highly productive HR function that knows how to focus efforts on recruiting, retention, development, and culture. Broaden the vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate strategic HR plans.
Oversee benefits management and promote their value to attract and retain talent.
Champion our culture, ensuring effective communication and performance alignment.
Monitor and improve performance and productivity.
Supervise and direct HR processes, including recruiting, retention, training, performance management, compensation, employment law, and employee relations.
Support team members and advise managers on employee matters.
Stay informed on employment laws and their implications.
Maintain accurate records and utilize the operational budget strategically.
Conduct data and statistical analyses to address company needs in training and compensation.
Manage competitive wage and salary structures to attract top talent.
Analyze societal trends affecting HR.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Demonstrated career progression and team management experience.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
